Last week ,I sent an email to my fellow American attorney, then I received a following message as an automatic reply.

　“I will be on leave until the end of November and if you need immediate assistance, please contact,,,”

　Then I thought what happened to her? I was very surprised and a bit confused, because I rely on her in terms with our American applications. And I was not informed about her leave at all. And, frankly, at the same time, this kind of impression came up in my mind ”Wow,the American people are allowed to have such long holidays. I really envy Americans, it is totally different from Japanese working conditions,,,”

　But later, her fellow worker let me know about her twin babies. Then I totally understood the reason why she was taking such long holidays.

　Anyway, Congratulations on giving birth to twin girls!
